This is the first time in the History of Ghana’s Most Beautiful season that a teacher emerged as a winner. That is to say, a professional teacher winning GMB2023 for the first time. Ghana Most Beautiful is a female pageant show broadcast on TV3 every year. This year’s edition was of a different dimension and it took about two months for the show to come to a successful end on 8th October 2023.
The competition was tough between Kwatemaah, Selorm, and Naa Ayere. The judges took into consideration several factors in making a solid decision about who deserves the crown. It was clear that most of the fans got what they were looking for after the final results were announced.

Her full name is Selorm Magdalene Gafah. She hails from the Volta region of Ghana. She is a teacher by profession. On Sunday, 8th October 2023, Selorm Magdalene Gafah was crowned winner of the 2023 Ghana Most Beautiful (GMB). Selorm Gafah showcased some of the rich cultural and traditional heritage of the Volta Region.
She mentioned the great personalities that the Region has blessed this country with, giving a list that included late former President Jerry John Rawlings, late playwright Efo Kodjo Mawugbe, and late singer Ephraim Amu.
