MTN, the biggest mobile network operator in Africa, has told its customers that internet data charges will go up on November 14.
MTN let Ghanaians know today that they are going to raise the prices of their data charges on Monday, the 14th.
In a text message sent to customers a few hours ago, the phone company told customers to get ready for their data charges to go up.
The messages said, “Dear Valued Customer, Please be aware that the prices of data bundles will go up on November 14, 2022. Enjoy a 50% bonus when you buy a bundle (4G only), and don’t forget that MTN Data bundles don’t expire.
It looks like the falling value of the dollar and the rising value of the dollar have also hurt the business of telecommunications, so they have decided to raise the prices they charge for internet data.
