I’m here today to talk to you about a very important issue: suicide. I want to start by saying that suicide is never the answer.
Suicide is the tenth leading cause of death in the United States alone and globally, and it’s the second leading cause of death among young people ages 15-24.

That means that every day, more than 120 people in the United States die by suicide.
Suicide is a complex issue, and there is no single cause. But there are many factors that can contribute to suicide, including mental health problems, substance abuse, trauma, and social isolation.
If you or someone you know is thinking about suicide, it’s important to reach out for help. There are many resources available, including hotlines, crisis centers, and mental health professionals.
I want to remind you of the fact that suicide is never the answer.
There is always hope, no matter how dark things may seem. If you’re feeling suicidal, please reach out for help. There are people who care about you and want to help you get through this.
I know that it can be hard to talk about suicide, but it’s important to do so. By talking about suicide, we can break the silence and raise awareness of this important issue. We can also help to prevent suicide by educating people about the warning signs and risk factors.

Here are some of the warning signs of suicide:

- Changes in mood, such as becoming suddenly withdrawn or angry
