The Ministry of Education warns the public not to pay Middle men for 2023 BECE School Placement.
There have been reports of people extorting money from the public in order to secure their preferred choice of Senior High Schools for their children who took the 2022 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).
Following this revelation, the Ministry of Education issued a public warning against making such payments, stating that the country does not accept money for placement in Senior High Schools.
According to the Ministry, led by Dr. Yaw Adutwum, graduates of the Basic Education Certificate Examination are only placed based on their merit and performance.
