Silence listens
Silence walks on golden streets
Silence buys from
The supermarkets
Without cash or card
Silence promotes peace
The peace which is lost
In many homes
Many hearts
Many cities
Many countries
Silence silences anger
At its toddling stage
Silence prevents
Minds from traveling to war
Burying ammunition deep
In the womb of the earth
Silence is golden
On the path of listening hearts
Listening ears
And even dull eyes
Silence silences since
The inception of being.
