How to check if your SIM card has been Registered Successfully
A SIM card user is deemed to have successfully re-registered his or her SIM if he or she successfully goes through the phase 1 and phase 2 of the registration process. The challenge is if you have completed the two phases, how do you personally and independently check to verify?
You can follow our simplified steps shared here to check and confirm your SIM status.
- Dial *400# to the network you registered the SIM on, on your mobile phone.
- Once you do this wait for the information to pop up. You should see some vital biodata details of your pop us your name, Unique code, and status.
If you check your SIM status and you see (Your Name, Unique code, and b-captured: Yes) it means that the registration process has successfully gone through.
However, if you see only (Your Name, Unique code) it means that the registration process is not completed and you have to visit the nearest office of the Telco company to complete the second stage of the registration process.
