Latest Ghana Education News Update: Single Track SHS 2022 Academic Calendars Out
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has released the SHS1-SHS3 2022 Academic Calendars. The calendars were published by the GES via its Facebook page.
2022 SHS calendar for Single Track Schools
SHS 3 students will reopen on 7th February 2022 and have a vacation period from 1st June 2022 to 13th June 2022.
The Second Semester for the SHS3 students in single-track schools starts on 14th June and they will be in school until the end of the 2022 WASSCE.
SHS2 students will reopen on 7th February 2022 and vacate from 18th May to 13th June 2022 for semester one whiles semester two starts 14th June and end 1st November 2022.
SHS1 students report to school for their semester one from 4th April 2022. School vacates on 14th July 2022. The second semester for SHS1 students commences on 16th August and ends on 13th September 2022.

REGISTER YOUR WARD NOWFrom the released calendar, SHS3 students will be in school for 30 weeks (1200 hours) while SHS2 and SHS1 will be in school for 34 weeks and 31 weeks which translates into 1360 hours and 1240 hours respectively.
