The founder and leader of God’s Crown Chapel, Prophet Reindolf Oduro Gyebi, known widely as the Eagle Prophet, has revealed that there will be no presidential swearing in on 7th January, 2025.
Speaking on Time 97.7 FM, the man of God revealed that the date to swear in a new president of Ghana will change. He however failed to reveal the new date which the swearing in is most likely to occur. He also failed to reveal what might cause such changes in date.
“Well, with the 2024 elections. It will not be possible to swear in a president on 7th January, 2025. The date will change. I can’t tell you what will happen. I won’t reveal the new date. But the new date will go beyond January, 2025. That is what is going to happen and it will happen” he said.

It could be recalled that in June, 2023, Eagle Prophet, dropped a revelation about the NPP going into the 2024 general elections. According to him, the winner of the NPP primaries will not contest to become president. He added that the first runner up in the flag bearer race will be the one to contest the NDC in the 2024 general elections.
“Whatever be the case the NPP will elect a flagbearer to face off with the NDC’s presidential candidate. What I will say as a prophet with the eye of the spirit is that it wouldn’t be pleasant at the end of the day. But when the winner emerges, the winner might not compete with the presidential candidate of the NDC,” he stated.

Probed further about his prophecy, Eagle Prophet said “what will happen is will the NPP elect a new flagbearer or they will hand over the baton to the one who came second?”
