Tuesday’s Schedule For 2023 BECE(Day 2)
The 2023 BECE has begun. Two papers were written on Monday, 7th August, 2023. They were Religious and Moral Education and also English Language.
Let’s take a look at the schedule for Tuesday, 8th August, 2023.
Two papers will be written on Tuesday. They include; Integrated Science and Ghanaian Language. Integrated Science will be written first followed by Ghanaian Language..
Integrated Science 2 (Essay) will start at exactly 9.00 a.m. and end at 10.15 a.m. Integrated Science 1 (Objective) will also start at 10.15 a.m. and end on 11:00am.
Candidates will now take a break from 11:00 am to 1:00pm.
Ghanaian Language paper will then begin at 1:00pm. However, candidates must be seated 30 mins before that time. Ghanaian Language 2 (Essay) will start 1.00 p.m. and end at 2.00p.m. The Objectives will start at 2.00p.m and end at 2.45 p.m.
THE SITTING ARRANGEMENTS
Candidates may not use the same examination hall throughout the examination period. There may be changes depending on the examination center.

Below are some other rules and regulations associated with the exams
Where a candidate is apprehended for offence(s) such as those listed below inside or outside the examination hall, the candidate’s entire results shall be withheld pending the outcome of investigation by the appropriate Committee of the Council:
- Stealing, converting or misappropriating the scripts of other candidates.
- Substituting worked scripts during or after the examination.
- Submission of more than one worked script.
- Possession of more than one question paper or answer booklet.
- Seeking or receiving help from non-candidate(s) such as invigilator(s), supervisor(s), teacher(s) or other personalities before, during or after the examination.

Where the person giving the help is not a candidate for the examination in session, but a prospective candidate, he/she shall be barred from taking any examination conducted by the Council for 1 year and will also be reported to the appropriate authority for disciplinary action to be taken against him/her. In addition to the above action, the candidate’s entire results shall be withheld pending the outcome of investigation by the appropriate Committee of the Council.
Where a candidate is apprehended for offence(s) such as those listed below inside or outside the examination hall, the candidate’s entire results shall be withheld pending the outcome of investigation by the appropriate Committee of the Council:
- Tearing part of the question paper or answer booklet during the examination.
- Refusing to submit worked script to the Supervisor after the examination.
- Starting to write an examination before commencement of work is officially announced OR continuing to write after official orders have been given for candidates to stop work.
- Other irregular activities including but not limited to causing noise or disturbances within the immediate precincts of the examination hall before, during or after the examination.
