The Ghana Police on Monday arrested two suspects who had in their possession a “Fresh” human head at Kasoa.
The two suspects were travelling with the head and upon reaching the police checkpoint tried to escape when they were asked to stop the car they were travelling in. This got the police to chase after them.
They were arrested after their vehicle had crashed. The suspects were then sent to the Weija District Command with the human head in their possession.
The two are suspected to be ritual murderers. The police seized them along long with the human head at Kasoa in the Ga South Municipality
The police while updating the media on the incident disclosed that one of the suspects was a Taxi Driver. The persons involved in the crime we three, however, one of them fled as soon as the police opened the vehicle and saw the human head.

It said the suspects were being interrogated by the police. The two who have been arrested have denied knowledge of the origin of the head, which had blood oozing from it at the time of their arrest. The head which was seized during their arrest has since been deposited at the morgue while the police continue with their investigations.
