UEW Announces 27th Congregation – Second Session

Management of University of Education, Winneba(UEW) have announced the Second Session of the 27th Congregation. This congregation will award degrees, diplomas and certificates to Distance Education and Postgraduate students.

DATE

The programme is scheduled from Friday, August 25, 2023 to Saturday, August 26, 2023.

VENUE

Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus.

All Graduands who wish to be presented should log on to UEW website: www.uew.edu.gh or http://uew.edu.gh/graduation

The closing date for this registration is 22nd August, 2023 at 12:00pm.

Masters Degree Assistantships at University of Louisiana at Lafayette

PRESENTATION WILL BE EN MASSE, EXCEPT PhD AND FIRST CLASS GRADUANDS.

Graduands should collect their academic gowns at the ground floor of the Faculty of Social Science Education, North Campus, Winneba. The gowns should be returned immediately after the ceremony. Failure to do so will attract a penalty.

DRESS CODE:

It should be formal.  Gentlemen should be in a tie and a shirt preferably with a jacket. IMPROPERLY DRESSED PERSONS WILL NOT BE PRESENTED.

TIME

Graduands should be seated at the Congregation Venue by 8:30am on the date of the Congregation in the academic dress appropriate to their Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates.

There will be accredited photographers covering the event and graduands may obtain copies of their photographs at a fee. Graduands are expected to produce their Clearance Chit and any National Photo Identification Card to collect their certificate.
