University of Adelaide Global Academic Excellence Scholarship 2024

The call for the University of Adelaide Global Academic Excellence Scholarship 2024 is now open!. The University of Adelaide 2024 Global Academic Excellence 50% Scholarships (International) is a highly competitive award.

This is given to international students starting undergraduate and postgraduate coursework who have demonstrated academic excellence in previous studies.

Eligibilities

This scholarship is available to international students starting their coursework program at the University of Adelaide in 2024.
Direct entry undergraduate and postgraduate award program applicants, including those who are required to undertake a Pre-Enrolment English Program (PEP) prior to the start of their degree;
Applicants with the minimum score
Open to citizens of Vietnam, Taiwan, Colombia, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh enrolling as international students, as well as students who have completed their most recent qualifications in Australia.
Available for study in any discipline (with some exceptions).
Candidates who can show they have attained the following minimum score will be eligible to be considered for a 50% scholarship:
Applicants for admission to undergraduate (UG) programs who have a minimum ATAR of 99.9 (or a similar score).
Applicants seeking admission to undergraduate or graduate programs must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 6.9 on a 7.0 scale, or a score that is comparable.
Candidates for admission to an undergraduate (UG) or postgraduate (PG) level award program must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 6.8 on a 7.0 scale for studies completed at the University of Adelaide, or a comparable score for studies at an Australian university where studies are completed in Australia

The University of Adelaide’s award program determines a candidate’s eligibility for the scholarship through a selection process at the time of application.
This scholarship is awarded based on a selection process and academic merit.
The achievement in the qualification that serves as the foundation for university admission determines the academic merit.
To be eligible for consideration for the scholarship (unconditional), one must fulfill all requirements, including the academic component of admission to the University of Adelaide, and all other requirements.
