When Will The University Of Ghana Admission Lists Be Out?
Normally, the admission lists are released few days after the released of the WASSCE results. Also, the admission lists are released in batches (from one college to the other).
In case, the admission list is released, and you are yet to gain admission, you have to relax and wait for the next batch as well. Upon the three programmes that you were allowed to choose, you need to know the colleges they fall under.
Per our predicted date, the admission lists are likely to be out a week or close to two after the release of the WASSCE results.

Will All Freshmen Be Residents?
Per the new University of Ghana In-Out-Out-Out policy, all freshmen are supposed to be residents, thus been admitted to a hall on campus.
However, due to the large size of freshmen, the hall allocations will be randomized. These are currently the halls on UG campus, and they are; Commonwealth hall (boys only), Volta hall (girls only), Akuafo hall (mixed), Legon hall (mixed) and other Legon and Akuafo annexes.
Due to the All African games which is scheduled for early next year, all freshmen will not be admitted to any of the diaspora halls.
Currently, the diaspora halls are occupied by continuing students (Level 200 to 400).
