VGMA 2023: Piesie Esther Rejoices After Black Sherif Was Declared Artiste Of The Year

Piesie Esther, a well-known Ghanaian gospel singer, was overjoyed when Black Sherif was named Artist of the Year. This occurred at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2023, despite the fact that Piesie was a major contender for the title.

Piesie Esther, the Gospel Artist of the Year at the 2023 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, had an unexpected reaction when her main title competitor Black Sherif was named the winner.

Piesie’s reaction was captured at the same time as Black Sherif was named Artiste of the Year. Surprisingly, she was seen rejoicing as if the victory was also for her.

This is in stark contrast to how she stated she would feel if she did not win the coveted title. According to reports, the talented artist, who was nominated in seven categories, including Best Gospel Song, Best Female Vocal Performer, and Best Songwriter, among others, expressed disappointment if she did not win the prestigious award.

Her reaction, however, has not only impressed online natives but has also elicited some beautiful and hilarious responses.
