WAEC to release May/June 2022 WASSCE results for Nigeria Today

The May/June 2022 WASSCE results of candidates who sat for the examination in Nigeria is expected to be released today.
The May/June 2022 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) was administered to some 1, 607, 985 school candidates from 20,221 schools in Nigeria by WAEC.
The Ghana version of the examination however commenced on 1st August 2022 with practical papers as the main examination is scheduled to kick-start on September 1st, 2022.
WAEC to release May/June 2022 WASSCE results for Nigeria and Statistics
The WAEC May/June WASSCE for Nigeria saw candidates being examined in 76 subjects and 197 papers. According to WAEC Nigeria, some 30,000 practicing senior teachers served as invigilators during the examination
Making the release of the resulting public, the acting Head of Public Affairs of WAEC for Nigeria Mrs. Moyosoal Adesina stated that all was set for WAEC Nigeria to release the May/June results.

The examination which was held in May/June saw written by 800,055 (49.76) males and 800,724 (50.24%) females.
The release of the WASSCE results will enable secondary school graduates who excel in the examination to gain admission into various universities and polytechnics across Nigeria and beyond. Nigeria has there 54 State Universities which candidates will be eyeing with the results being released.
