2022 BECE results release date confirmed by MoE PRO: Details Here
The 2022 BECE results would be released in January 2023 per the latest assurance given by the Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Kwasi Kwarteng.
He made this public while responding to questions posed by the Daily Graphic on the academic calendar, reopening dates, as well as questions bothering on the 2022 BECE results release date.

In a news item published by the Daily Graphic and sighted by GhanaEdcuation.org, Mr. Kwasi Kwarteng told the Daily Graphic that this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) results would be released before the end of the first month. “Mr. Kwarteng said they would be out on January 19, 2023.” according to the Daily Graphic.
“On when this year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) results would be released, Mr Kwarteng said they would be out on January 19, 2023.” The Daily Graphic report indicated.
Mr. Kwasi Kwarteng furthered that, the release of the results will be followed by the school placements.
“Once the results are out, the process for the placement of candidates into SHSs and technical institutions will begin,” he said.

SHS1 and TVET year-one students who are placed after the school placements are released will be expected to report to school on 20th February 2023.

How to check your 2023 BECE results
1. Visit the BECE results checking portal
2. Enter your Index number
3. Confirm your Index number
4. Select examination type (Eg BECE School)
5. Select examination year (Eg 2023)
6. Enter your serial number
7. Enter your PIN
8. Verify the captcha and click on submit button for the window to display your BECE results.
9. Print the results or save it as a PDF document.
Note that, the result checker you buy can only be used three times to access the result.

Everyone is looking forward to the release of results. The 2022 examination started on Monday, October 17, 2023, and ended on Friday, October 21, 2023.
