The Ministry of Health has officially opened the online admissions portal for the 2023/2024 Nursing And Midwifery Training Admission year. The online portal was officially opened today, 8th May, 2023. The portal will be closed on Friday 30 June, 2023.
Applicants must note:
- All purchased vouchers are valid up to 5th July, 2023 if not used.
- No postage envelopes are required as all correspondence will be via SMS or E-mail.
- Purchase application codes from any Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) or Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) branch at a cost of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC200.00).
- Upon payment, applicants wll receive a voucher giving them a unique PIN and Serial Number.
- Have a dedicated phone number and a personal valid e-mail address for all correspondence. Do not use email address of relations
- You will need your residential and Ghana Post Digital Address
- Use the PIN code and Serial Number to access the application form online at https://healthtraining.gov.gh
- Note that the online registration form is accessible only by the PIN and Serial Number.
- Follow the instructions carefully and fill the relevant stages of the admission process once the online
application is opened. - Use the PIN and Serial Number to track the status af the admission process.
- Note that only Applicants who meet admission requirements will be invited to attend a competitive interview at the school of choice.

- Purchase a voucher for 200GH from GCB or ADB
- Visit ‘healthtraining.gov.gh’
- Click on apply located on top of this page
- Enter serial and pin found on voucher
- Fill form with your details
- Attach certificate/s and photo
- Submit and print-out application summary
- Regularly check your application status with pin and serial
