New Sex Misconduct Allegation Hits Dzodze-Penyi SHS: Teacher’s Sin filled WhatsApp Message Pops Up

Fresh allegations of sexual misconduct have emerged at Dzodze-Penyi Senior High School, deepening concerns over student safety.

The case follows investigations by Fafaa 100.3 FM that earlier led to the interdiction of Headmaster Joshua Yao Vidzro.

This latest allegation involves a teacher identified as Vincent Tovor, popularly known as Mr. Cassava or Agbeli.

The complainant is a final-year female student whose identity is withheld for protection.

Her father, a Ghana Armed Forces warrant officer and school alumnus, submitted evidence for investigation.

Screenshots of alleged WhatsApp messages were forwarded to the Duamenefa Social Intervention Programme at Fafaa 100.3 FM.

She clearly states her intention to report the matter to her parent and the school authorities.

GES sources say all allegations involving staff misconduct are treated with seriousness.

They stress that safeguarding learners remains a top priority for the Service.
