Emile Boutmy Scholarships for Non-EU Students at Sciences Po

The Emile Boutmy Scholarships, named after Sciences Po’s founder, were established to attract the very best international students from outside the European Union who are first-time applicants and have been admitted to an Undergraduate or Master’s programme offered at the University.

Undergraduate Level
The Emile Boutmy Undergraduate Programme can take different forms ranging from €3,600 to €13,190 for the three years of undergraduate study.

Masters Level
The Emile Boutmy Master’s Programme is a tuition grant of €12,200 per year which covers part of the tuition fees for the two years of the Master’s degree programme.

Eligibility:

Students who are first-time applicants from a non-European Union country, whose household does not file taxes within the European Union, and who have been admitted to the Undergraduate or Master’s program, are eligible.

This scholarship is awarded based on excellence factors and the type of profile sought for this program. Social criteria are also considered.

Application instructions:

Students must indicate in the “Financial information” section of their Sciences Po application that they are applying for the Emile-Boutmy scholarship. Students may be required to provide proof of income as well as documents detailing their family situation. The deadline for Master’s programs for the academic year 2023-2024 is 30 November 2022, while the deadline for undergraduate programs (from foreign secondary schools) is 22 February 2023.
