The Ghana Education Services (GES) has released the non-teaching staff promotion results for the 2024 promotion interview conducted.
In a post by the GES, it indicates that “The Ghana Education Services (GES) is pleased to announce the release of the 2024 results for non-teaching staff interview promotion.
How to check the promotion Results online
It further provided the steps for checking the result as follows:
- Non-teaching staff of the service are to visit the site www.gesmis.org
- On the site, use your username and password
- Click “Check” to check the promotion results.
Candidates who have issues with their Non-Teaching Staff Promotion Results are to contact the GES via email at hrsecretariat@ges.gov.gh
For those who were not successful, this is not the end of the road. Such staff are encouraged to work hard from now and prepare for the promotion examination and interview for 2025.

Ben Kashgod: GES, we don’t want to do a demonstration against you. The unfair actions concerning graduate teacher appointments are unbearable. For how long should we wait for you to release them?? A word to a wise is enough.
Phelix Sieh: First, GES releases postings for successful applicants, so they should check; next minute, GES is now recruiting in batches via text messages.
With this, it’s obvious the appointment letters have been hoarded for the obvious reasons or there were no appointments given at all.
KudosOwusu Addo Francis: Someone has taught in a remote for almost 8 years, and he’s still on the same rank (snr.supII). How can this be fair?
Ghana Education Service someone spends six years on the same rank after going through all the due process of being promoted to the next rank but to no avail. Teachers who are due for promotion to SS I should rot in their current rank. Why? And when the complaints are made, GES will not even glorify them with any explanation. Why?
