Chinese fully funded Postgraduate scholarship

INTRODUCTION

The Chinese Ministry of Education encourages international students interested in pursuing graduate study at Dalian University of Technology to apply for the Chinese government award-High Level Postgraduate Program. Complete funding for the 2023–2024 school year is being offered.

Scholarships are available from the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China for international students who wish to get a master’s or doctorate degree in China. Participants in master’s and doctoral degree programs should not be older than 40 years old. Competence in both Chinese and English is required. The Award covers full tuition, room and board, health insurance, and a stipend of up to 3,500 CNY per month.

The deadline for applications is the 20th of February in 2023, and they can be filed until then.

Countries That May Apply: This opportunity is open to students from any country in the world.
Courses or Subjects That Meet the Requirements Master’s and doctorate degree programs that are provided by the Dalian University of Technology are eligible for application.
Qualifications Required to Apply: In order for the applicants to be considered, they are required to fulfill all of the following:
The applicants can’t be Chinese citizens and they have to be in healthy.
Candidates for master’s degree programs are required to hold a bachelor’s degree and fall within the age range of 18 to 34 years old.
Candidates for doctoral degree programs are required to have at least a master’s degree and to be less than 40 years old.

The highest degree that has been notarized
Academic transcripts
A proposal for an academic study in either Chinese or English (no less than 1000 words)
Two reference letters, either in Chinese or English, written by professors or associate professors in the applicant’s field.
Copies of the Blood Test Report and the Foreigner Physical Examination Form
a photocopy of the photo page from the passport, as well as one visa page that is blank
Certificates demonstrating proficiency in a language
A photocopy of the visa, together with one photograph
Admission Requirements: The prospective students are required to have either a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree qualification that is pertinent to the master’s or doctoral program that they want to enroll in at DUT.
Language Requirement: In order to fulfill this requirement, students are required to submit their scores from one or more of the following English language competence tests:
1 HSK 4 with a score of 180 or higher or higher for students majoring in subjects linked to science, technology, management, or economics
HSK 5 180 or higher is required for students planning to major in fields including philosophy, humanities, and social sciences.
