How To Check BECE Placement Results On Phone 2022

The Ghana Education System’s Computerized School Selection and Placement System has released the results for the 2022 School Selection and Placement for the 2022/2023 school year.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) uses the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) to put students who passed the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) into Senior High Schools (SHS), Technical Institutes (TI), and Vocational Institutes (VI).

The 2022 School Placement and Selection is now available. Candidates can now print their placement forms and send them to their schools to be processed.

You can verify and confirm any schools you selected ahead of the placement by following the steps below.

With the Computerized School Selection and Placement System, parents and candidates can check the schools they chose for their children and see if they need to be changed before the BECE Placement comes out.

Checking and confirming BECE school placement

In the circular, the CSSPS said there were two main ways to check and confirm the schools chosen. These are the methods;

1. By dialing the Short code *899*88#
2. By Visiting the CSSPS Verification & Confirmation Portal at https://csspsverify.com

1. Dial the BECE Verification & Confirmation Short Code: *899*88#
2. Enter your BECE Index Number
3. Complete the next step to get access to Verify & Confirm BECE School Placement

CSSPS Verification & Confirmation Portal (Via Laptop or Mobile Phone)

1. Visit the CSSPS Verification & Confirmation Portal: https://csspsverify.com
2. Log in with your Index Number and Date of Birth
3. Then Click “Fetch Candidate’s Selection” to proceed to Verify & Confirm BECE School Placement

Deadline

The checking and confirming process starts on Wednesday, February 16, and ends on Tuesday, February 22.

How To Check BECE Placement Results On Phone Online

1. The first step is to ensure you have the placement checker, which we will be selling when it is available.
2. Ensure that you have access to a computer that has Internet access.
3. Using your computer, visit the CSSPS result checker online portal via http://www.cssps.gov.gh/ or https://www.cssps.gov.gh/
4. Proceed to enter your BECE index number. It should be 10 digits. And also your year of examination. For example, if your index number is 1234567890 and your examination year is 2022, you will input 123456789021.
5. On your checker, you will get a serial number.
6. Enter the serial number found on top of the scratch card in the field designated for it.
7. Enter your PIN (Personal Identification Number) which will also be found on the scratch card you purchased.
8. After you are done, you then click submit. Be patient and wait for the results window to pop up.
9. If you are successful, the CSSPS placement checker print form option will appear.
10. Click on print to print out your form.
