Important Notice!! Check Out The List Of Students Whose Fees Have Been Reduced Drastically

If you are a student of the University of Ghana offering any of these three programmes in the University of Ghana(a full fee-paying programme, a programme at the Accra City Campus or a Distance Education Programme), then this article is for you. Any student in this category has their name included in the list of students whose fees have been reduced.

The Parliament of Ghana, through the Education Committee of Parliament, “directed” the University to discount the fees of the above-mentioned student. The University has since received formal communication from the Parliamentary Select Committee confirming that the UG fees for the 2022/2023 academic year are legal and based on the level of fees approved by Parliament.

The Parliamentary Select Committee appealed to UG to consider offering a discount on fees for the current academic year to lessen the burden on students, in view of the current economic challenges facing the country.
