NDC releases Election 2024 campaign Song and Video

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially released its Election 2024 campaign song. The song highlights the thematic manifesto areas of the party for the upcoming election.

The fast-paced track has already been described as a banger. It outlines the party’s policies and plans if it wins the election.

According to the song, the NDC will introduce a 24-hour economy policy to create jobs for the people.

The party also promises to eliminate taxes that are overburdening Ghanaians, such as the E-Levy and the betting tax. In the music video, these taxes are symbolically depicted as being kicked out of the country. The full video of the NDC Election 2024 campaign song was made public by Sammy Gyemfi, the National Communications Officer of the NDC.

In his tweet accompanying the video, he wrote:
“THE MUCH-ANTICIPATED OFFICIAL NDC SONG FOR THE 2024 ELECTION IS FINALLY OUT. IT’S A BANGER!!!! Spread the word. Change is coming. The victory of the NDC is surely coming again.”

The song is expected to dominate the airwaves in the coming weeks.

According to the lyrics, John Mahama is portrayed as the one who brings change to Ghanaians. The song urges everyone to remain vigilant and stay alert during the election period. It further emphasizes the NDC and John Mahama’s commitment to improving the Free SHS program, making it better for Ghanaian schoolchildren.

The song also pledges that a Mahama-led government will stabilize the dollar-to-cedi exchange rate.

Ghanaians are reminded that they have an important task on December 7th: to vote the NDC back into government to reset the country, which the song claims has been mismanaged by the ruling NPP.
