However, the question that needs to be asked is whether the laptops are for teachers/ facilitators or the learners in the classrooms? If it is for the teachers, then it should benefit the teacher and the GES should rather project the benefits that the laptops offer teachers more than what learners will get from the use of the laptop by their teachers.
This will better convince teachers to buy into the confusion engulfed laptop distribution and its associated prices and other challenges.
