The management of the University of Cape Coast UCC has officially released the academic calendar for the 2023/2024 academic year for all students.

All students and yet-to-be-admitted applicants are advised to study the calendar ahead of school reopening.

UCC 2023/2024 ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR FRESH STUDENTS (FIRST SEMESTER)

1. Fresh Students will report to campus on Saturday, 18th November,  2023.

2. Orientation for fresh Students is scheduled to begin on Monday 20th November 2023 and ends on Wednesday 22nd November,  2023.

3. Registration by Fresh Students will commence on Thursday  23rd November, 2023 to Sunday 26th November, 2023.

4. Lectures, both online and face-to-face will begin on Monday 27th November, 2023.

5. Christmas break is on Friday 22nd December,  2023 to 2nd January, 2024.

6. First Continuous Assessment is on Monday 29th January,  2024 to 2nd February,  2024.

7. Matriculation is on Saturday 13th January, 2024 for all fresh Students.

8. End of Lectures is on Friday 8th March, 2024.

9. Display of Continuous Assessment Results will begin on 4th March, 2024

10. Revision Period will begin from Saturday 11th March, 2024 to Wednesday 15th March,  2024.

11. End of Semester Examinations begins on Thursday 14th March, 2024 to the 29th of March, 2024.

13. First Semester Break is on 30th March,  2024 to the 12th of April, 2024.

14. Release of Examination Results is on Monday, 22nd April 2024 to Friday,  27th April, 2024.

ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS (FIRST SEMESTER)

1. Continuous Students will report on Saturday 25th November,  2023

2. Registration by continuing Students will commence on Thursday 13th November, 2023 to Sunday 18th November, 2023.

3. Lectures, both online and face-to-face will begin on Monday 27th November, 2023.

4. Christmas break is on Friday 22nd December,  2023 to 2nd January, 2024.

5. First Continuous Assessment is on Monday 22nd January,  2024 to 26th January,  2024.

6. End of Lectures is on Friday 8th March, 2024.

7. Display of Continuous Assessment Results will begin on 4th March, 2024

8. Revision Period will begin from Saturday 11th March, 2024 to Wednesday 15th March,  2024.
