University of Ghana Undergraduate Forms For 2023/2024 – How To Apply
The University of Ghana has released the Undergraduate forms for 2023/2024 academic year. Follow these steps on how to apply for the 2023/2024 University of Ghana Undergraduate forms.
How To Apply For Ghanaian Students
Ghanaian applicants can purchase University of Ghana online application E-VOUCHERS at the following banks for GH220.00. The banks are Access Bank, Ecobank, Republic Bank, Agricultural Development Bank, Ghana Commercial Bank, Zenith Bank, Universal Merchant Bank, Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG), Prudential Bank, and Fidelity Bank.
You can also purchase the E-voucher without going to the bank. Follow the steps below;
- Dial *887*9# on all networks
- Enter UG
- Authorize Payment
- User receives e-voucher via SMS after successful payment.
NB: Ghanaian applicants in the categories below are expected to apply via the E-voucher;
1. WASSSCE/SSSCE Applicants and Ghanaians with Foreign Background
Application requirements for WASSCE/SSSCE candidates as well as Ghanaians with foreign degrees from institutions that offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) and the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), such as Alpha Beta, Faith Montessori International School, Ghana International School, New Nation International School, SOS – Hermann GMEINER International College, and Tema International School, among others, are as follows:
Before receiving service at any of the aforementioned Banks, applicants will need to write their names, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses on the bank voucher. However, those without email addresses won’t be at a disadvantage.
On their mobile devices, a confirmation of their Pin will be sent. Applicants should CAREFULLY comply with the instructions after purchasing the e-voucher.
The e-voucher should be kept in a secure location after the application has been submitted online because it might be needed by applicants later on when checking their admission status.

2. Diploma/HND To Degree Applicants
Diploma/HND to Degree applicants must scan and attach the following documents to their online application forms after purchasing the e-voucher:
Transcripts for a degree or HND
Certified copies of the “O” and “A” Level certificates and result slips, as appropriate.
Before submitting the application form online, the pay-in slips, applicants’ certificates, and result slips should be scanned and attached.
The certificates and result slips must be scanned into a single PDF or WORD document and then attached to the application.
NB: Applicants are advised not to pay any amount to help you with admission at the University of Ghana.
