Aston University Ferguson Scholarship – Study In The UK

Apply for the Aston University Ferguson Scholarship and study in the United Kingdom for free as a postgraduate student from Africa or India.

For international students wishing to study in the United Kingdom, Aston University is currently accepting applications from qualified and motivated candidates. For the academic year 2024–2025, seven scholarships totaling £10,500 will be awarded to students who are exclusively from Africa and India.

The Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust, which is committed to enhancing educational opportunities for students who would not otherwise be able to consider studying in the UK, is sponsoring these scholarships.

Requirements

In order to qualify for the Aston University Ferguson Scholarship for International Students, candidates must fulfill the subsequent requirements:

• Candidates must be citizens of either Africa or India.
• Candidates for any of the aforementioned courses must have an unconditional or conditional offer.
• Hold citizenship in either Africa or India
• Possess a 2:1 degree or its equivalent in a subject pertinent to the course for which you are applying. When submitting your application for the course, include a compelling personal statement.
• Be an independent learner.

The Ferguson Scholarships are available to students applying for one of the following postgraduate taught programmes:

• MSc Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience
• MSc Drug Delivery
• MSc Pharmaceutical Sciences
• MSc Pharmacokinetics
• MSc Stem Cells & Regenerative Medicine
• MSc Psychology (Conversion programme)
• MSc Health Psychology

Before the scholarship deadline, applicants must submit an application for the course of their choice using the online application form located at the bottom of the official website in order to be considered for the Aston University Ferguson Scholarship for International Students.
