Captain Smart Sends Strong Message To President Akufo Addo

Blessed Godsbrain Smart, a broadcast journalist, has asked President Akufo-Addo to step down in order to save the little image he has.

According to him, the state’s hardship and other misfortunes are unprecedented, and he should resign to save himself some honor.

Captain Smart claimed Thursday on Onua TV/morning FM’s show that the current famine situation is worse than in 1983.

Captain Smart, the President, noted that money has loved the noise, as opposed to the infamous quote he made during his speech on Sunday, which indicated that money does not like noise.

Captain Smart stated that Akufo-Addo is the only president in Ghana’s history since the Gold Coast days to surround his administration with family members who enrich themselves at the expense of the state. This assertion follows the 9% commission paid by Ghana’s Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, the President’s nephew, whenever the country seeks a loan.

He added that intimidation of the media is also unprecedented under the Akufo-Addo administration, with fuel price increases occurring overnight while the Cedi depreciates on an hourly basis.

Captain Smart added that if the President is too embarrassed to resign, he can pretend to be ill and hand over power to Bawumia.
