PROCESS Flow for Smart ECG Prepaid Metres
Walk into any UBA branch with the following documents:
1. Metre Number [e.g., P20325840]
2. Customer Metre Account Number [e.g., 713537295]
3. Linked Mobile Money Wallet [e.g., 0245149102]

- Complete the UBA ECG deposit slip with the information above and present the completed slip and cash to the teller for processing.
- The customer receives a 20-digit ECG token via linked MoMo number and Teller receipt for onward recharging at the metre point.
PROCESS FLOW FOR POST-PAID ECG BILLS
- The customer must generate an ECG invoice from Ghana. Gov
- Present invoice documents and cash, check, or payment instructions for the invoice amount to any UBA branch for payment.
- Payment processing by the seller and issuance of a receipt (this is done when you make a payment)
If you make check payments, you will receive value after 48 hours; however, cash or instruction payments receive instant value.
