Adwoa Safo hints she lost her child

Member of Parliament for Dome-Kwabenya Constituency, Sarah Adwoa Safo, has provided a glimpse into the personal tragedy she faced during her extended absence from parliamentary duties. Speaking to her constituents at the Kwabenya Market in a video shared on Facebook by UTV, Adwoa Safo hinted at the loss of her child during a trip to the United States of America.

In her remarks, the MP mentioned that during her previous visit to the market before the 2020 elections, she was pregnant. However, she indicated that things did not go as planned and that she had faced a difficult situation during her absence.

Adwoa Safo expressed the wish of every pregnant woman to safely give birth to a healthy baby, emphasizing that sometimes, events do not unfold as expected, and she acknowledged that ultimately, it is in God’s hands.

She further added, “Your sister, your MP, your child, when I traveled by God’s grace, He saved my life, but I didn’t achieve what I went for. Nevertheless, I am grateful for being alive due to the grace of God.”

Adwoa Safo also appealed to her constituents for forgiveness and called upon them to mend their relationship.
