National Council of Private School Teachers (NCOPST) sets the records straight on the supposed Permanent and Temporal Teacher License Education and Certificates being issued by some training institutions rather than the NTC.
The Executives of the National Council of Private School Teachers (NCOPST) in a meeting with the NTC Director of License and Registration on 23rd March 2021 shared these updates.
5 Top pieces of advice and updates on Permanent and Temporal Teacher License Education and Certificates
A. NCOPST will send data of our members (private school teachers) to NTC for temporal teacher License
B. No one qualifies to give a temporal Teacher License except NTC.
C. Any Certificate given to you by any institution or CPD Provider for attending their workshop is NOT a temporal Teacher License rather a Certificate to show that you have upgraded your skills. Such a certificate can help build your portfolio to renew your teacher License if you have one
D. NCOPST will start a massive face-to-face workshop in collaboration with NTC. The purpose is to educate the vulnerable private school teachers on Teacher License to avoid mistakes and waste of time. This is because it’s not all the teachers who have to write the Licensure Examination.
E. Do not pay money for any temporal Teacher License. The NTC is NOT ready to issue a temporal Teacher License. Just Register with NCOPST and your details will be given to NTC to work on the Teacher License when NTC is ready.
