UG, KNUST others to release 2024 admissions this week

Get ready for UG and KNUST release of 2024 admissions this week.
Did you apply for admission to a university in Ghana? In this post, we update you on all the universities that will release admissions this week.
Following the closing of admission portals on December 22nd, 2023, by some of Ghana’s top universities on December 22nd, 2023,
The following universities will release their admissions this week since they closed applicants early and will start the 2023–2024 academic year on January 3, 2024.
University of Ghana (UG)
Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)
University of Cape Coast (UCC)
University of Mines and Technology (UMaT), Tarkwa
The University of Education, Winneba (UEW).
The universities will be sending SMS alerts to successful applicants, who will then have to log into their accounts and carry out the procedures needed to complete the admission processes.
Registration for newly admitted applicants will demand that they complete university-level admission requirements, departmental level, hall level, and other registrations.
Note that hostels or halls on campuses are limited, so when the portal for registering is opened, the halls can get full within minutes. If the portal for on-campus accommodation starts at 10 a.m. on a given day, ensure you have good internet and log in at 10 a.m. to apply for a room.
Avoid using your mobile phone for this, as you will not be able to get access or get a room booked in your name. Use a desktop or laptop and good internet.
