The Ghana Education Service (GES) recruitment portal went live today following the announcement of its intents to give the chance for people to apply and get recruited. It is inviting graduates of various universities who hold a Bachelor of Education degree to apply for teaching positions in Ghana’s public school system.

GES Recruitment Portal Goes Live, Here’s How To Apply
JOB PURPOSE
- Facilitate learning using 21st century technology
- Continuously improve learner’s ability to research using new technologies
- Teach highly motivated learners, cater for learners with different learning abilities and help them achieve excellent academic results
- Attend relevant and continuous professional development sessions
- Use a variety of assessment tools and tasks to accurately assess levels of ,learners’ competency
- Other responsibilities that would be assigned by your Head of Institution.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must;
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- Hold a valid teaching license from the National Teaching Council (NTC).
- Have completed National Service, with an NSS Certificate to verify it.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show an ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Be prepared to work in any location where their services are needed.
APPLICATION PROCESS
The application portal is open from 3rd September to 10th September 2024. Interested candidates should visit the GES recruitment portal at gespromotions.gov.gh to submit their applications.

A copy of their Degree Certificate.
National Service Certificate (NSS).
NTC Licensure Number.
A valid Ghana Card.
