The University of Ghana has released its time table for the second semester of the 2022/2023 Academic calendar. The second semester starts from 11th May 2023.
Students are to report to campus from Thursday, May 11th to Sunday, May 14th 2023. Note that you can report within the range of the days stated.
Lectures begins on Monday, 15th of May 2023. The deadline for the registration, adding and dropping of courses is on Friday, June 9th 2023.
The period for the registration for re-sit for Second semester courses starts from Monday, May 29th to Friday, June 2nd 2023 whiles the registration for re-sit for first semester courses starts from Monday, June 5th to Friday, June 9th 2023.
Also the Interim Assessment for the second semester begins from Monday. June 12th to Friday, June 23rd 2023. The date for the congregations for the College of Humanities (School of law) is yet to be determined.
Also, the students evaluation of Lecturers begins from Monday, July 17th to Friday, July 28th 2023. Teaching officially ends on Friday, July 21st 2023 whiles revision also starts from Monday, July 24th to Friday, July 28th 2023.
The second semester examination for all students (Level 100, 200, 300 and 400) starts from Saturday, July 29th to Sunday, August 13th 2023, which is a maximum of two weeks.
The supplementary re-sit examinations for first semester courses begins on Monday, August 14th to Sunday, August 25th 2023.
The second semester officially ends on Sunday, August 13th 2023 and vacation also starts from Monday, August 14th to September 17th 2023.
