If you do not intend to pass, it is better you stop reading this because it will be of no use to you. Now, let us go into the details.
If you desire to pass the 2022 BECE, observe the following.
- Read and know the examination rules ahead of the examination.
- Pass the examination by also reading the instructions for each section of the question paper.
- In the examination hall, read the questions carefully before you attempt.
- Never ever go into the examination hall with prepared notes or prohibited materials of any kind.
- Revise very well and give good attention to both objective test practice and subjective test or section B practice and revision. If you do well in the objectives, it will help increase your chances of passing the examination.
- Get to the examination Centre on time to avoid stress and unnecessary pressure.
- Make sure you carry your examination items such maths sets, pens and pencils. To ensure you do not forget, get this thing set and into your bag a day or two before the exam and keep them in the bag throughout the exam.
- Revise ahead of each paper. The best way to revise is to ensure you prepare very well ahead of the first paper and cover all the topics too.
- Learn the act of answering questions and know what the examiner expects from you using past papers and their suggested solutions.
- Do not attempt to help others in the exam hall. If you are caught, that will not be good news. Do not also seek help. Do independent work and when you prepare very well, you will not have to worry about this.
- The 2022 BECE will offer all candidates an equal opportunity to be considered for Free SHS however, your final grade and more importantly, your raw score will determine whether you get placed in a secondary school or not. Make sure every subject counts.
- Do your very best and shine in the examination. Believe in yourself. No one goes into battle to lose. Give your best and never give up in the exam hall.
