Robert Rihmeek Williams, popularly known as Meek Mill has announced that he is coming back to Ghana. He made this announcement in a post on Twitter(X).

Meek Mill was in Ghana in December for the 2022 edition of Afro Nation.
During the period, the rapper had a lot of fun and put up a beautiful performance when he mounted the Afro Nation stage on Thursday, December 29, 2022.

Following this event, Meek Mill posted a music video he shot at the Jubilee House, during his visit to the country during the Christmas festivities.

The singer and his colleagues walked through some chambers of the Jubilee House, as well as the outer precincts of the facility.
Meek Mill also made use of a podium at the Jubilee House. What he intended to excite his fans rather angered hundreds of Ghanaians who took to their social media platforms to condemn the use of the Jubilee House for the said filming.
According to the critics, since the Jubilee House is the embodiment of Ghana’s executive authority, it is inappropriate for the singer to have been allowed to access it in that manner.
The critics also lambasted the Presidency for allowing the Jubilee House to ‘cheapened’. Meek Mill deleted the video from his Instagram page in the wake of the raging public backslash.
Who is Meek Mill?
Meek Mill, whose real name is Robert Rihmeek Williams, is an American rapper, songwriter, and activist. He was born on May 6, 1987, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He began his career as a battle rapper in the early 2000s, and in 2008, he released his debut album, “Flamers 2.” The album was a local success and caught the attention of rapper T.I., who signed Meek Mill to his record label Grand Hustle Records.
